Manage inventory flow and replenishment to optimize retail in-stocks, on-hands, on-order to ensure inventory is in arena at the right time to support sales forecasts, all within a predetermined OTB budget.Partner with both internal partners and vendors to secure inventory for expected forecast and sell-thru goals, with incremental focus on highly allocated or constrained product and priority items across the company.In addition, you will work closely across various key partners and stakeholders in the organization from finance, supply chain to e-commerce and store operations in addition to our vendor partners to strategize and execute tasks.ĭemand Planning, Ordering, Forecasting, and Replenishment The Inventory Manager will report directly to the Director of Merchandising and Partnerships with a dotted line to Finance. The Inventory Manager will work to stand up new processes across the organization that fall under the inventory roles and responsibilities and further the company fulfillment, offerings, and capabilities as well.
You will utilize data to analyze sales trends to forecast and support retail and e-commerce inventory needs throughout the supply chain. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for owning all end-to-end inventory management, ordering, demand planning, forecast planning, and reporting, all aligning to pre-determined company tasks and KPIs.
